Here you can find all the Terms and Conditions related to GGO, and we suggest you go through them before using any of our Platforms or Services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the https://gogametoken.com website and all our platforms (the "GGO", "GOGAME", "Service", "us", "Platform", "we", or "our") . Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, investors, and others who access or use the Service/Platform. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
As you read the terms carefully, it states that you govern your GGO Services and its Platform use. These terms of use contain essential provisions, including an arbitration provision requiring all claims to be resolved through legally binding arbitration. All grievances are resolved through the grievance officer appointed by the Platform. You can connect with them during the Business Days from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The Platform is provided "AS-IS" without any modifications to any standard operating procedures; the user doesn't have any rights on the Platform for any ownership and cannot claim any of the features, products, or operating procedures.
3. Eligibility and Availability:
By registering to use a GGO Account, you represent and warrant that:
Restricted locations may differ from time to time and ultimately depend on GGO to hold or state the transactions without any notice to any organization, holder, or investors. Restrictions may require a resolution from the Local Government of the Restriction, and GGO is not responsible for any funds or crypto that are on hold until Local Authority Resolution.
GGO may update restricted Locations from time to time and on a case-to-case basis.
4. Registration and Process:
All users must register for GGO Account on our Platform, available on its website at https://gogametoken.com, and its platforms before using GGO Services. When registering a GGO Account, you must provide the information identified and requested by GGO anytime, anywhere, and accept these Terms beforehand, the Privacy Policy, and other GGO Platform Rules and Regulations, Terms and Conditions, and Service Agreements. GGO may refuse, at its discretion, to open a GGO Account for you.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a GGO Account and agree to timely update any information you provide to GGO to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information. Each user (including Natural Person, Business, or Legal Entity) may contain a maximum of two accounts at any point during the use of GGO Services.
However, there are no additional automated checks for duplicate accounts. If GGO Security Team finds it, it may suspend all the activities on the Platform without any further or initial notice. GGO shall pause all deposits and withdrawals in that specific account.
5. Fiat and Crypto Payments
GGO constructs and facilitates Fiat and Crypto Payments using its Technology and processes payments via Third-Party Software, Products, Aggregators, Facilitators, and Providers who are not in Control/Custody/Charge of GGO.
The Users are financially and fundamentally responsible for creating payment orders from the UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Card Option that's given within the Platform using Third-Party Software or Apps.
All GGO Official Payment Methods are recorded within the Website and Platform, and without the consent of the GGO, the User mustn't create payment orders.
This Service financial responsibility starts with the first record of the User's Deposit and continues up to the complete staking or liquidity program until the Performance of Service is Present.
The User shall be officially taking all the risks related to the Payment Methods. GGO is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of financial transactions that the selected payment system may have caused.
6. Pre-Closure of Account:
During the Pre-Closure, the Company shall appoint a Point of Contact for any Communications during the Period.
The Deductions of Pre-Closure are as Follows:
No Affiliates are required to negotiate on behalf of its customers/downlines/investors, as every Account benefitted individually, and the owner is the sole representation of the Account they hold. Users should create no Impersonation, Negotiations, Parody, or Mockery of the Point of Contact, the Affiliates, or the Employees. If GGO finds the same, a Fine totaling $25,000 shall be levied on either party.
Impersonation Liability and Process:
If you’re found impersonating any of the Accounts that are not in relation or doesn’t belong to you or KYC has not been matching to any of your Account. GGO holds the right to Blacklist/Block your Account temporarily until further clarification is received.
7. Staking Programs:
GGO will, from time to time, roll out new and modify existing Staking Programs for Specific Types of Cryptocurrencies, including GGO, to reward its Users with Certain Rules that are bound as per Local Laws, and are credited to respective GGO Blockchain Accounts. When Participating in Staking Programs, you should note that:
Staking Programs are independent to Crypto and Fiat Transactions.
8. Liquidity:
GGO from time to time shall roll-out Liquidity Plans that are directly interconnected to Crypto and Forex Arbitrages for Specific Types of Cryptocurrencies, that are credited to respective Blockchain Accounts and Bank Accounts.
a. KYC Fraud/Disability
b. Account’s Mismatch
a. ₹25,000 Limit Per Month for One Account (Can be escalated for additional bulk credits On-Demand).
b. Before placing Instant Bulk Credit, the Account shall have no less than 15 days of Inactivity for any Deposits/Withdrawals, and must place atleast 7 Manual Withdrawals before requesting any Instant Bulk Credit Withdrawals.
c. At least 5 affiliates must be present to place an Instant Bulk Credit.
During any Maintenance/Scheduled Repair/Withdrawal Holiday Timeline, the Liquidity requested for Withdrawals shall be automatically reinvested, and with no gaurantee to refund any sort of returns from the GGO.
